Over the past year, the CCA Board of Directors, in collaboration with legal counsel, has conducted a comprehensive review of the organization's bylaws. The primary goals of this effort were to:

• Improve clarity,
• Confirm the bylaws reflect CCA’s current structure and practices, and
• Ensure compliance with the laws and statutes of the State of Illinois.

Starting Monday, September 8, we are now requesting your vote to approve the revised bylaws in their entirety, as presented. Please note that this vote will apply to the full set of revisions collectively, rather than to individual changes.

Importantly, none of the proposed revisions will affect your rights or membership benefits.
