We are excited to share with you a new, member-only benefit now available on the CCA website: the Technical Resource Library. This resource is an archive of what was formerly called the Gray Book (1990-2015), Blue Book (2007-2013) and Green Book (2007-2013). All of the questions and responses from these books have been converted to an easily searched, filtered, dynamic, digital format on the CCA website. 

What is the Technical Resource Library? 

These books are a compendium of technical questions and responses representatives of the Enrolled Actuaries Program Committee (1998-2016) posed to the IRS/Treasury, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and the Employee Benefits Security Administration.

While not official agency guidance, these books provide informal information meant to clarify details on topics relevant to retirement actuarial work.
