New Resource Library Questions Published

The Orange Book provides Q&As addressing questions you may have, with potential answers. The rationale/support for the answers, including potential alternative answers, is provided by the experienced members of the CCA's Pension Actuarial Resource Committee.

The Orange Book

The CCA has developed (and will continue to develop) a library of new questions and answers, titled the Orange Book. The federal agencies no longer participate in producing the Gray, Blue and Green Books, but there are questions that cannot be clearly answered by existing agency guidance.

The Orange Book provides Q&As addressing questions you may have, with potential answers. The rationale/support for the answers, including potential alternative answers, is provided by the experienced members of the CCA's Pension Actuarial Resource Committee. 

CCA has posted the first set of Orange Book Q&As, which is labelled Orange Book. The Orange Book includes 39 Q&As.
