Wait List at The Broadmoor

Due to record-setting demand for the CCA Annual Meeting, The Broadmoor is currently utilizing a wait list for additional hotel reservations.  To add your name to the wait list, please call The Broadmoor directly at 800-634-7711 and request a room in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (CCA) room block.

While we expect many people on the list to receive reservations as we get closer to the meeting, we cannot guarantee that everyone on the list will receive a reservation.  As such, we have received a list of alternative properties from The Broadmoor, and encourage individuals to make arrangements accordingly.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but we expect the 2018 CCA Annual Meeting to be one you won't want to miss.

Why Stay at the Official Hotel?

By fully supporting the host hotel you’ll be able to:

  • Receive the negotiated room rate for the meeting and in-room internet access;
  • Relax in a resort setting;
  • Maximize your networking opportunities;
  • Save your valuable time and energy otherwise spent commuting to the official site; and
  • Maintain CCA’s pricing model, keeping future registration costs down, while experiencing top resorts.

In order to bring you reasonably priced, high-quality meetings at desirable sites, it is necessary to reserve blocks of guest rooms. In exchange for filling these rooms, CCA is allowed to use the hotel’s meeting facilities, keeping your registration fees reasonable.

In addition, you’ll receive reduced rates for your room over leisure travelers.
