The CCA Annual Meeting is where leaders of the profession exchange insights both in and out of sessions. Whether attending sessions, meals, the Monday Evening Event, or our expanded Communities program on Tuesday afternoon, you have the opportunity to participate in valuable discussions with your peers from various practice areas, firms, and locations. You never know what valuable insights could be gleaned from any given interaction.
Emerging Leaders Community Lunch Program
Monday, October 28, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Whether you desire to be a leader within the profession, within your organization, or even within your teams, the Emerging Leaders Community will provide you with opportunities to gain new skills and understanding to help you achieve your goals. This community is where aspiring and established leaders come together to share their experiences in becoming actuarial leaders and discuss challenges they have faced along the way.
This lunch session features a presentation on leadership training by Jeff Kays from Buck. During this session, Jeff helps attendees understand the steps to learning, show you how to break old habits and focus priorities, and teach you how to understand what is important to your team and your career. This event is sure to leave you with takeaways to implement throughout the meeting and at home.
