Paul is a market leader in Metro New York, overseeing business operations across four WTW offices in Northern New Jersey. His responsibilities include driving growth in the market, managing client relations and leading approximately 400 colleagues. He is also a member of the Metro New York and U.S. Northeast region leadership teams.

Paul also serves as a global client relationship director, responsible for managing the overall relationship and satisfaction for clients in his portfolio. This includes understanding his clients’ human capital and risk-related needs, identifying Willis Towers Watson resources and solutions to help clients address these needs, and leading global teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

Previously, Paul was a senior consulting actuary and business developer for the U.S. retirement business.

Paul holds a B.S. in mathematics and a M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
