Experience He has been in the consulting field for over 35 years and has extensive experience working with corporate HQ’s of multinationals as well as delivering on-site advice in 60 countries to clients on five continents – Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and South America. Wil has been based in New York and Chicago in the Americas for 20 years, in Europe for 10 years and in Asia for 7 years providing advice to multinational and domestic entities and managing the operations of five consulting offices on these continents He has been a lecturer at Roosevelt University in Chicago, at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in the Philippines and at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on actuarial mathematics, employee benefits and insurance topics.
