Ms. Koren Holden is employed with the Colorado Public Employees’ Retirement Association (Colorado PERA) where she serves as a Senior Project Manager. In addition to special projects, she is responsible for review of annual funding and accounting/disclosure valuation reports and periodic work product from PERA’s external actuaries and acts as an actuarial resource to PERA leadership. Koren also is involved with the GASB Work Group and is a member of the team responsible for production of PERA’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). During 2014/2015 she assisted the PERA Board in the development of a revised Pension Funding Policy, following the guidelines presented in the CCA Public Plans Community’s "Actuarial Funding Policies and Practices for Public Pension Plans."
