Kenny is the Staff Actuary for the Texas Pension Review Board and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. He has been with the PRB since February 2016 and is responsible for overseeing all actuarial and financial services. Prior to joining the PRB, he provided actuarial and administrative consulting on defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans as well as post-retirement healthcare plans for private not-for-profit and for profit employers, governmental entities, large hospital organizations, church plans, and insurance companies. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
