Marriott Hotel's "Commitment to Clean" Standards at the CCA Annual Meeting
As part of the Marriott family, the Westin Kierland Resort has implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the health and safety requirements of Marriott’s “Commitment to Clean” standards. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning
The Westin Kierland has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the resort. They have also reduced shared-use items.
Westin staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. The Westin will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, they will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you do or do not wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let the guest services team know. The Westin will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying a bit longer, they will automatically clean your guest room after every third night.
