The session discusses Actuarial Standards of Practice and the Code of Professional Conduct as they relate to actuarial communication. Caveats and disclaimers to mitigate communication risks and issues relating to email communications such as confidentiality, ethics, attachments, password protection, encryption, etc. are also discussed.
