Outlines should be submitted via email preferably in
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint format, or Excel spreadsheets by
September 19, 2008. (Information received
after this date is not provided to meeting attendees on the CD-ROM.)

Outline Ready? Outlines may be
e-mailed directly to Matt Noncek. An email confirmation receipt
will be sent once your outline materials are received. If you do not
receive a confirmation receipt from the CCA office within
three business days, please contact our office.

Not Ready Just
Yet? Presenters with extenuating circumstances regarding
this deadline, please
contact Patty Johnson as soon as possible.
Please complete, sign and return the audio visual equipment
request form no later than October 6, 2008.
Getting this information submitted is important to the success of your
presentation and the overall meeting. The form
may also be completed electronically.

CCA mails registration packets, speaker letters, and forms to all
speakers.
September 19
Speakers' outlines due into the CCA office from all participants for
inclusion in the meeting materials distributed on-site.
Note: Outlines are mandatory for all sessions with proposed EA
credits, and should be submitted on disc/CD or via e-mail to
mnoncek@ccactuaries.org in Microsoft Word, Excel,
or PowerPoint.
September 19
Late registration fee in affect for registrations sent after this date
(according to US postmark date) for all meeting registrations accompanied by
payment.
*Please note: The Conference
staff does not make photocopies on-site. Photocopying is not reimbursable
unless prior approval is given by Executive Director Rita DeGraaf or Patty
Johnson.
