First-Year Dues Waiver for Nonmember Annual Meeting Attendees

The CCA offers a special arrangement for any participant wishing to become a CCA member. Attendees who pay the nonmember fee, submit a completed CCA membership application by December 31, 2008, and are approved for membership receive a waiver of first-year membership dues (currently a savings of $390).

How to Join

Joining the Conference is as simple as completing the online membership application.  You may also access a PDF of the application that you may submit either by mail or fax (contact information below).  Click here to review the  requirements for Conference membership.  If you have any additional questions regarding membership, please contact the CCA office at 847/719-6500.

Application Process

Upon receipt of this membership application, the CCA reviews the form to ensure it is completed and signed by the applicant.

Once the review is complete, the Conference requests the ABCD to confirm that the applicant is not under investigation by the ABCD or pending a disciplinary proceeding from any relevant organization.

All applicants who are approved receive an acceptance letter from the President of the CCA.
