Anita Juneja is a consulting actuary at First Capital Benefit Advisors, Inc., working with professionals and small business owners to create and maintain customized retirement plans. Prior to joining FCBA, Inc. in 2015, she worked in the Retirement practice of Aon Hewitt (formerly Hewitt Associates) for over 16 years. There, she served as a retirement consultant and internal resource on tools such as ProVal valuation software.

Anita is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently based in Westlake Village, CA.
