Joseph P. Strazemski, FCA, FSA, EA, MAAA, is a Principal and Consulting Actuary in the Retirement practice of Buck Consultants. He has over 25 years of experience in retirement program and employee benefits consulting and in the actuarial valuation of defined benefit pension plans and of post-employment benefit plans other than pensions. Joe has been involved in many retirement program designs and installations and in situations that required special funding and accounting treatment of employee benefits.

Joe is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He frequently participates on panels at actuarial conferences.
