The four major U.S. pension actuarial organizations - the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, the Society of Actuaries, the American Academy of Actuaries, and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries - are jointly sponsoring this overview of the new IRS regulations on Sections 430 and 436, that were published in October. The audiocast’s participants plan to cover:

The sessions are an overview of the new Section 430 and 436 regulations. The regulations are covered in both sessions, but the emphasis is on Section 430 on the November 12 audiocast. The distinguished panel for these audiocasts is comprised of Tonya Manning, [Chief Actuary, Retirement of Aon Consulting, Brian Donohue, Managing Director of JPMorgan Compensation and Benefit Strategies, Bruce Cadenhead, Principal, Mercer Human Resources, Thomas Finnegan, Principal Savitz Organization, Eric Keener, Principal, Hewitt Associates and John Moore, Chief Actuary, JPMorgan Compensation and Strategies.
